Located directly on the slope and with a fantastic view of the Gastein mountain world, the bright and friendly designed Chalet Franzi awaits you – a place to arrive, breathe, and feel good.
The chalet offers space for up to 9 people and is ideal for families or friends.
On the upper floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, a living area with a couch, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.
On the lower floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The WC is also separate here.
Especially impressive is the beautiful location: Enjoy the view over Dorfgastein, the Gastein Valley, and the Bernkogel. From the living room window, you can see directly onto the ski slope, and the ski lift as well as the swimming pool are in immediate proximity. Our guests enjoy free entry to the Dorfgastein outdoor pool in summer. Right behind the house, numerous hiking trails begin – and yet you can comfortably reach the village center of Dorfgastein on foot in about 10 minutes.
Whether winter vacation directly on the slope or summer freshness in the mountains – Chalet Franzi uniquely combines tranquility, nature, and a prime location.

Description
Direkt an der Piste gelegen und mit fantastischem Blick auf die Gasteiner Bergwelt erwartet Sie das hell und freundlich gestaltete Chalet Franzi – ein Ort zum Ankommen, Durchatmen und Wohlfühlen.
Das Chalet bietet Platz für bis zu 9 Personen und ist ideal für Familien oder Freunde.
Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnbereich mit Couch sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein separates WC.
Im unteren Stockwerk stehen Ihnen zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne zur Verfügung. Auch hier ist das WC separat.
Besonders beeindruckend ist die wunderschöne Lage: Genießen Sie den Blick über Dorfgastein, das Gasteinertal und auf den Bernkogel. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus sehen Sie direkt auf die Skipiste, der Skilift sowie das Schwimmbad befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Gäste genießen im Sommer den Gratis Eintritt ins Freibad Dorfgastein. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege – und dennoch erreichen Sie das Ortszentrum von Dorfgastein bequem zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten.
Ob Winterurlaub direkt an der Piste oder Sommerfrische in den Bergen – Chalet Franzi verbindet Ruhe, Natur und beste Lage auf besondere Weise.
